Oh yeah, and a quick question, what would a character grew wings and a tail from the radiation be classified as?
I'm actually rather surprised that no one wanted to be a flygon yet... it seems like the ideal Pokemon for the situation...

it says no legendary pokemon !! though i'm not quite positive if rotom is a ledgendary or not, i've got no idea where my books have gone omg woops
so would it be ok to make a rotom character ? unless they actually are ledgendary
because im pretty sure you run into them only once and stuff, but then again they can breed i think ?? confused noises/

I dont count Rotom as a legendary so it should be fine! Ehehe
